Morrissey has announced a European headline tour for 2026. Find all the details below.
The soloist and former Smiths frontman will head out on the road this summer in support of his latest album, ‘Make-Up Is A Lie’, which was released last month.
His first date of the forthcoming trek is scheduled to take place in Lillestrøm, Norway on June 27.
The singer will then play two shows in Sweden, ahead of further performances in Berlin, Warsaw, Budapest, Ljubljana, Lake Como, Asti, Barcelona, Madrid and Porto throughout July and into early August.
In December, Morrissey is due to perform headline gigs in Paris, Tilburg and Brussels. The latter date will be held on New Year’s Eve (December 31).
Tickets go on general sale at 10am local time this Friday (April 24) – you’ll be able to buy yours here. Local pre-sales will go live at 11am CET on Thursday (April 23), following a Spotify pre-sale at 10am (password: MAKEUP).

The upcoming shows will follow the artist’s only UK concert of the year at The O2 in London back in February, which took place amidst another run of European dates this year.
Morrissey cancelled some shows in the US earlier this year, citing “artist illness” and an “adverse reaction to a prescription medication”. He then axed a live date in Valencia last month “due to sleep deprivation”.
“Any form of sleep or rest throughout the night was impossible due to festival noise / loud techno singing / megaphone announcements,” the statement read.
“Morrissey drove from Milan to Valencia but has been unable to rest in Valencia due to noise […] Circumstances render the show impossible.”
The Spanish embassy in the UK later poked fun at Morrissey over his last-minute cancellation.
In other news, Morrissey has claimed responsibility for the initial idea of the iconic photograph of The Smiths taken outside Salford Lads Club, and corrected Johnny Marr about the history of the band signing with Rough Trade.
